How is Monittor different from a regular eCommerce platform?

Monittor allows Manufacturers to set up personalized storefronts by the equipment sold to their customer. Customers log in to Monittor with their own username and password, and are routed to their parts store by selecting their desired equipment. Customers are only able to view parts and pricing for their equipment.

How do I invite my customers to view their store on Monittor?

Once Manufacturers set-up an equipment store for their customer on Monittor, there is an invite link that can be used to send an email invitation to their customer contact. This email will contain a unique registration link for customers to sign up, sign on and view the equipment.

How do my customer stores get setup?

Monittor makes setting up personalized storefronts easy. All Manufacturers need to do is upload your customer's pre-existing drawing and bill-of-material (BOM) which will appear in a side-by-side view for easy part identification and checkout.

Can competitors see my customers and/or pricing?

No. That is the beauty of Monittor! Monittor is a closed marketplace that only facilitates the connection of Manufacturers with the customer's in their installed base.

How do customers order parts from my company?

Customers order directly from their equipment drawings and bill-of-materials. They simply identify which part they wish to checkout, click on it and add it to their cart.
